PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat a corrosion resisting metal-covered surface excelling in adhesion over a long period and excelling in anti-cathod peeling without needing phosphating or the like by using a grinding and cleaning material consisting of corrosion resisting metal to subject a anticorrosive corrosion resisting metal covered surface applied to a steel structure to blast treatment before applying a paint excelling in adhesion. SOLUTION: A corrosion resisting metal covered surface, particularly its edge is subjected to blast treatment by using a grinding and creaning material consisting of corrosion resistant metal. A material of the grinding and cleaning material made of corrosion resisting metal used in the blast treatment is selected from among corrosion resisting metals used in lining. Here, it is preferable that the surface roughness by the blast treatment is made 20-80μm as 100 points average surface roughness (Rz) specified in JIS B0601. And, after surface treatment is made, a paint is applied. In coating, it is preferable that an epoxy resin primer is applied, and furthermore, a finish paint of every kind is applied, or an epoxy resin paint is directly applied.
