PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind- and snow-break fence having scattering preventive performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of wind- and snow-break boards 2 are vertically installed in parallel with each other between supports 1 erected at intervals, and the end part of a falling preventive wire 3 is fixed to the support 1, and the respective boards 2 are connected to each other by this falling preventive wire 3. Thereby, since the respective boards 2 are connected by the falling preventive wire 3, even if the boards 2 are broken by a storm or the collision of a vehicle or the like, the scattering thereof can be effectively prevented. Thus, since the scattering can be prevented only by mutually connecting the respective boards 2, the manufacture and construction work can be facilitated.
