PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an acidic hair-dyeing agent composition for the hair or the excellent in hair-dyeing effect and feeling in use, having adequate working viscosity, and excellent in aging stability of viscosity and temperature resistance. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (1) a polyacrylic acid amide, (2) a light liquid paraffin, (3) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, (4) one or more kinds of high polar solvents selected from a group consisting of lower monohydric alcohols and N-methylpyrrolidone, (5) an acid and (6) a dye.
