PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water produced by dew condensation at a cool-keeping body from dropping onto a housed article by a method wherein notches are formed at the middle of a cool-keeping body bearing part provided around a downwardly-opened part of a lid body and inclined grooves each lowered at its outer side are provided at the reverse side of the lid body on positions extending from the notches. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating container A is constructed of a container main body capable of housing a plurality of plate-like cool-keeping bodies at the inner circumferential face of its side wall and two lid bodies 30 arranged side by side for housing the plate-like cool-keeping bodies. The upside and downside of a cool-keeping body housing part 31 of the lid body 30 are opened, and an auxiliary lid 40 is detachably attached to an upper opening 32. Notches 35 are formed at positions facing each other at a bearing part 34 for cool-keeping body provided around a lower opening 33 and furthermore, inclined grooves each lowered at its outer side are provided at the reverse side of the lid body 30 on positions extending from the notches. Thereby, water, if produced by dew condensation at the cool-keeping bodies, is led to the bottom of the container along the side walls when the lid bodies 30 and the auxiliary lids 40 are opened on delivery of the container.
