PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windshield plate movable in a wide range while forming a rear side supporting mechanism in a compact figure for supporting the windshield plate at its rear side. SOLUTION: A front side supporting mechanism 8 is formed with a front side connector 14 mounted on a windshield plate 4 in a rotationally movable manner to be moved between a front lower position and a rear upper position. A rear side supporting mechanism 9 is formed with a rear side connector 21 mounted at the side of the windshield plate 4 in a rotationally movable manner and extended from the windshield plate 4 along a plane perpendicular to the cross direction of a body to be moved between a front lower position and a rear upper position with the movement of the front side connector 14. An actuator is connected to one of both supporting mechanisms for driving the connectors.
