METHOD FOR FORMING LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sheet containing resin with high dimensional precision through a simple means by sandwiching a plurality of resin-impregnated sheets between plain boards arranged over and under the resin-impregnated sheets and also arranging a member for setting a thickness having a specified thickness between the plain boards to press the sandwiched sheets. SOLUTION: A frame 1 for setting a thickness is arranged on a lower board 3 and an object 2 to be laminated is arranged inside the frame 1 and further an upper board 4 is superposed on the the object 2. Next all of these are arranged on the lower board 5 of a press and are pressurized at a specified pressure using the upper board 4 of the press. The object 2 to be laminated to be used is an object consisting of a specified number of sheets containing resin or resin sheets in a stacked form such as a ceramic green sheet. In addition, the frame 1 for setting a thickness is a plain boardlike member with a specified thickness, and also has such a hardness as to regulate the space between the upper board 4 and the lower board 3 during pressurizing. Thus it is possible to manufacture the laminate with a high thickness precision without spending much money for upgrading the precision of the press and the object t 2 to be laminated.
