PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform effective sterilization in a short time by releasing sterilizing atomized water from a feeder to various instruments set in a sterilizer, and making the sterilizing atomized water penetrate into the details of the instrument by an internal pressure reducer to perform sterilization. SOLUTION: A door of a chamber 4 is opened to place an instrument 25 in an instrument storing part 3. A power supply switch 10 and a heating switch 54 are turned on to operate a low temperature heater 48, and a pressure reducer 5 is operated to reduce the pressure in the chamber 4. A high frequency selecting switch 26 attached to a high frequency generating circuit 14 is changed over to the sterilizing water tank 8 side, and an ultrasonic vibrator 21 is vibrated at high frequency to generate sterilizing atomized water. Further, the sterilizing atomized water is passed through an atomized water duct 20 and an atomized water discharge duct 34 and discharged to the instrument storing part 3 through an atomized water selector valve 23. Thus, the instrument 25 can be sterilized quickly and surely. |
