PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation unit mounting structure of a door mirror for automobile using a simple structure and capable of heightening the mounting rigidity. SOLUTION: Recesses 5 and 9 protruding toward the side with an opening are formed in the rear surface 4 of a housing 1, and bosses 8 and 10 are formed on the bottom surface of the recess 5, and the before, the tips of the bosses 8 and 10 approach the opening 3 in an amount corresponding to the recesses 5 and 9 even if the length of the bosses 8 and 10 themselves remains s conventional. This eliminates necessity for mounting of an operation unit 20 through a spacer, which heightens the mounting rigidity of the operation unit 20.
