PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thread entering into a zone at a lower side of a cover plate by almost closing the zone by sliding and bringing a belt into contact with an edge of the cover plate covering a zone where a driving member and an inverting member are arranged. SOLUTION: A zone surrounded by a belt 10 is covered by a cover plate 22, and this cover plate 22 is placed on a driving roller 11 and the inverting rollers 12, 13. An edge of the cover plate 22 is slightly curved outwardly (that is, swollen or projected) in a zone between the driving roller 11 and the inverting rollers 12, 13, and between both inverting rollers 12, 13, whereby the belt 10 is slightly displaced outwardly in this zone. As a result, the belt 10 is slid and brought into contact with the edge of the cover plate 22 in this zone, and the lower zone of the belt 10 and the cover plate 22 are almost closed.
