PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate alignment of print position by making holes for setting a specified print position of each unit sheet separably on the perforation of a print sheet where a plurality of unit sheets sectioned by the perforation are concatenated so that a part of unit sheet to be printed can be set freely and selectively. SOLUTION: A plurality of unit sheets 2 sectioned by a perforation 7 are concatenated to constitute a print sheet 1 and holes 6 for transporting the print sheet 1 into a printer are made on the opposite sides of the print sheet 1. Furthermore, a hole part 3 for forming a rectangular hole across the perforation 7 between concatenated unit sheets 2 is made separably by a perforation 4. In order to set a print position when a specified unit sheet 2 is printed by means of a printer, the hole part 3 is cut off at an appropriate part along the perforation 4 and detected by a light transmitting therethrough thus aligning the print position.
