PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting operations at high place by decreasing the number of part items needed to clamp and fix a rain gutter hanging metal fitting to a folded-plate roof or the like. SOLUTION: A hanging rod 1 provided with a rain gutter receiving metal fitting 8 at its lower end and having its upper-end thread part 1a passed through a folded-plate roof 5 or the like is clamped by means of upper and lower nuts (λ), (7) and fixed to the roof 5. In that case, the upper nut (λ) is rotatably integrated with an upper washer 3 having a packing member 4 secured thereto, and the lower nut 7 is secured to a lower washer 6.
