摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method by which the construction period of a composite structure constituted of reinforced concrete columns and steel beams can be shortened. SOLUTION: Concrete is placed in a position forming the bottom of a footing 32 to construct a concrete bottom plate 16, and then, a skeleton unit 18 is erected on the concrete bottom plate 16. The skeleton unit 18 is provided with reinforcements, steel frames 22, and connections attached to the upper part of the steel frames 22. The steel frame 22 is a temporary frame for jointing beams and it does not function as a member to support the load of a building. Then, a girder 28 is connected to the connection part 26 and subsequently, concrete forms are assembled at the periphery of the skeleton unit 18 and works such as a floor work or the like are advanced. reinforcements of footing beams or footings 32 are arranged or concrete forms are assembled simultaneously with works on the ground as above. In this way, a series of construction works for a foundation part are carried out.
