PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flatten a protruding surface by restricting protruding quantity of a cement admixture protruding from meshes of net bodies. SOLUTION: In one of net bodies 1, 2 for crossing plural first wire rods 11, 21 and second wire rods 12, 22, a first folding-back piece 11a is arranged in one end part of the first wire rod 11, second folding-back pieces 12a are arranged in both end parts of the second wire rod 12, and a plate body 4 is inserted along the net body 1 into a space 5 generated by these first/second folding-back pieces 11a, 12a. Thus, protruding quantity of a cement admixture protruding from meshes of the net body 1 is restricted by the plate body 4 to flatten the protruding surface.
