PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing a product cost as much as possible and attaining safety of work by wholly mechanizing respective operations of pulling-out and cutting of a winding adhesive tape, the formation of a loop, terminal fitting of the loop and sticking to interlayer paper, and promoting complete labor reduction in the work and an increase in efficiency. SOLUTION: This device has a pulling-out means 1 for pulling out a winding adhesive tape (b) to a work position by gripping the tip of the winding adhesive tape (b), a holding means 2 for holding the pulled-out adhesive tape (b) in the work position, a cutting means 3 for cutting the held adhesive tape (b) in the required length, a forming means 4 for forming a loop 1 on the rear side of the adhesive tape, a positioning fitting means 5 for fitting the rear side loop 11 to a terminal (t) by positioning the front side of the adhesive tape (b) on interlayer paper (p) and a sticking means 6 for sticking the front side of the adhesive tape (b) to the interlayer paper (p).
