PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container convenient for use in both a green tea manufacturing plant for producing rough green tea and a wholesale store and a remanufacturing plant for producing finished green tea. SOLUTION: A tank 3 equipped with a tea leaf feed opening 31 on the top and a tea leaf taking out opening 34 on the bottom is provided with an inert gas inlet 21. Rough green tea produced by a green tea manufacturing plant is fed to the tank 3, air in the tank 3 is replaced with an inert gas and the rough green tea is shipped. When the rough green tea is preserved in a rough green tea storage tank 1 in a remanufacturing plant or a wholesale store and finished green tea is produced, the rough green tea is taken out from the rough green tea storage tank 1. The rough green tea storage tank 1 is used as a goods-delivery box between the rough green tea manufacturing plant and the remanufacturing plant or the wholesale store.
