PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually provide a plan which meets a planning person's own image by providing a plurality of sample groups printed at least with images of constituents of a building such as an appearance, room layout or the like of a building, and a mounting sheet for fixing individual samples selected from the groups. SOLUTION: According to the building planning set, a person who plans to build a detached house or the like in future sequentially releases image photograph seals from respective sheets according to characters, colors or the like described on mounting sheets 3 in details of an appearance, room layout and the other of the building imaged by himself/herself, and adheres them to visually clarify the image not grasped so far. Particularly, since it is not conducted by using specific electronic equipment such as a computer or the like, he/she can pleasantly plan in his/her home together with his/her family.
