PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the internal space of an extruding device operable by compressed air through a passage equipped with a valve and to make the valve operable with a cover through the intermediary of a regulating device on the occasion of locking a cartridge holding device. SOLUTION: This ink supplying device of an inking arrangement of a printing machine has an extruding device 15 composed of a cartridge holding device 17 holding a cartridge 18 and of a cover for locking this cartridge holding device 17, and the internal space 27 of the extruding device 15 is made operable by compressed air through a passage 51 equipped with a valve 41. In this case, a regulating device 22 operates the valve 41 on the occasion when the cartridge holding device 17 is locked.
