PURPOSE: An opening and shutting device for pressure type of an ash-tray is provided to automatically open and shut an ash-tray through hydraulic pressure, so the convenience of a passenger is improved. CONSTITUTION: A reserve tank(1) supplies the oil. An operation switch part(2) controls ON/OFF switch to open and shut an ash-tray. A compressor(3) generates a constant pressure by using the oil supplied from the reserve tank. A switch(SW1) controls the opening and shutting switch switching. A first(4) and a second check valve(5) control the flow of constant pressure from the compressor. A piston(6) is mounted in a cylinder with reciprocating motion. A first(7) and a second stop sensor(8) is mounted in the cylinder to control the movement of the check valves.
