PURPOSE: A transferring device of livestock waste is provided to simply and efficiently transfer a large quantity of waste without loading. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a main cylinder(10) fastened to a predetermined position of a transfer pipe(1) by flanges on both sides; an operating cylinder(20) connected to the main cylinder(10), an inflow pipe(12) and an outflow pipe(13); a control piston(30) for opening and closing the inflow pipe(12) and the outflow pipe(13) by moving in a connected state to a link(16) with the external power; and an operating piston(22) for pumping the inside of the operating cylinder(20) moved by the external power received to a piston rod(21).
