PURPOSE:To produce a fiber composite material capable of reducing nonuniformity of strength of product. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic fibers are partially bonded with a thermoplastic resin to show nonwoven fiber mat state wholly having a great number of voids. The fiber composite material in is heated to >= the melting point of the thermoplastic resin, molded and pressed to give a material molded into a desired shape hating a higher modulus in tension in facial direction of part 3 stretched in the molding and pressing than those of other parts 1 and 2. |
