PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flow-pressure conversion control valve where pressure is characteristically negative with respect to flow rate, and apply the flow- pressure conversion control valve to control the delivery of a hydraulic pump. SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit is constructed so that hydraulic pressures are respectively supplied from a hydraulic pump 2 to plural hydraulic actuators 5 to 7 through plural spool valves 8 to 10. In this case, a flow-pressure conversion control valve 14 having negative characteristics, which can generate a secondary pressure Pc (control pressure) so as to reduce a constant primary pressure Pe received from outside in response to the increasing of the flow rate of a center bypass oil path 4, is provided in the downstream part of the center bypass 4 extending from a delivery passage 3 of the hydraulic pump 2 by way of the plural hydraulic actuators 5 to 7. |
