PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller gear having high accuracy in the pitch between rollers, a roller gear cam index device, a roller gear type rotation speed change device, and their manufacturing methods. SOLUTION: A stud part 74 of a roller shaft rotatably supporting a roller 72 and a roller support part 76 are made eccentric to each other, the stud 74 is fitted in an attachment hole 11 of a turret 52, the pitch between rollers is adjusted, and then the stud is fixed to the turret 52 by a set screw 142 and an adhesive 150. A roller gear 50 is threadly engaged with a roller gear cam, the rotation stop position is measured by an encoder, the roller shaft 70 having pitch error of the rollers 72 is rotated, and the rotation axis of the rollers 72 is moved to adjust the pitch between the rollers so that a roller gear cam index device of high accuracy in the rotation stop position can be provided. The roller gear for a roller gear type rotation speed change device outputting an input rotation speed by changing at a constant ratio can be constituted similarly.
