PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine a hot work to be discharged from a plurality of working machines in a preceding process on working machines in a succeeding process without stocking and re-heating the works by providing a second work carrying means behind a work carrying means to carry the works from the preceding process to the succeeding process, and providing a heating device to keep the works in a heat-insulated condition on the second carrying means. SOLUTION: An intermediate body (work) B is formed in a preceding process, and carried by a chain conveyor (work carrying means) 7. The intermediate body (work) B is received by a work feeder (second work carrying means) 9 provided on a downstream end of the chain conveyor (work carrying means) 7, and carried to the succeeding process while the intermediate body (work) B is kept in a heat-insulated condition by a heating device 14. The heating device 14 is of downwardly U-shaped section, and an induction heating coil such as a Nichrome wire and a sheathed heater is preferably provided on an inner wall surface as a heating body (heater) 18a.
