PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of product by extending a die life, and to improve machining precision. SOLUTION: Each long/narrow accommodation spaces 20a, 20b is divided into specified regions A1, A2 and narrow regions B1, B2. A first forming face 21 to form a first tapered part 14 is formed to the inner wall of a first movable die 19a corresponding to the boundary part of both regions A1, B1. Further, a second forming face 24 to form a second tapered part 13 is obliquely formed to the inner wall of a second movable die 19b corresponding to the boundary part of both regions A2, B2. Accordingly, despite a simple constitution, a stock 35 to be formed is simply extruded with low pressure force, an excessive working load is not applied to the dies 18a, 19a of a first forging device 17a and the dies 18b, 19b of a second forging device 17b.
