PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make removable soiling in a short time without making it stick to a washing again by fitting an ultraviolet vibrator transducer consisting of a piezoelectric body to a body to be vibrated, applying a frequency signal in the specified range to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer to vibrator the body to be vibrated, and giving ultrasonic vibration in the vertical direction to the washing in which washing liquid is contained. SOLUTION: This washer is provided with an almost rectangular case 2 and a cylindrical pedestal 3 made of metal as a body to be vibrated having a flange part. In the case 2, an ultrasonic vibrator transducer 5 consisting of a piezoelectric body is held by the pedestal 3 and a separate pedestal 4 made of the same material. A high frequency signal of prescribed frequency is applied to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 5 by a driving circuit 6 to cause ultrasonic vibration. And, washing liquid is sprayed to a washing from a nozzle 7a by a spray mechanism 7 and the sprayed washing liquid is sucked by a suction mechanism 8 through a nozzle 8. Here, the signal frequency applied to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 5 is made in the range of 15 kHz-70 kHz. Ultrasonic vibration in the vertical direction is given to the soiled part to remove the soiling.
