PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a maximum effect by using a small-scale oxygen concentrator. SOLUTION: This oxygen delivery device 1 has an oxygen concentrator 2, a solenoid valve for controlling delivery of oxygen from this oxygen concentrator 2, a switching element for performing control of this solenoid valve, an interval timer 3 for performing control of this switching element and a light emitting element or an acoustic generator reactive to an output state of this interval timer 3. In this case, the oxygen delivery device 1 is controlled according to an oxygen delivery method for delivering oxygen from the oxygen concentrator 2 almost according to inspiration time and stopping or reducing delivery of the oxygen from the oxygen concentrator 2 almost according to expiration time.
