PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a considerable amount of print space on the entire surface of the upper surface of a bag by providing equivalent widths at the bottom, folding the side parts and the upper surface part like an M-shape, and providing a male-female zipper on one upper side to form a freely openable and closable opening part. SOLUTION: Side parts and an upper surface part are folded like an M-shape to a square synthetic resin raw material to form side parts 2 and an upper part 1. A synthetic resin-made male-female zipper C is welded on one upper side to form a freely openable and closable opening part. The base is also folded to form a bag bottom part having a considerable width, whereby when stored goods are put in the bag, the bag becomes a rectangular parallelopiped. In an automatic production process of a bag manufacturing machine, the upper surface part and the side parts are simultaneously and integrally fixed by hot welding. In the synthetic resin-made rectangular parallelopiped bag, a non-hot welding raw material is interposed between the upper surface part 1 and the side parts 2 connected thereto, thereby keeping the portions from being welded.
