PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit peeling machine capable of rapidly improving the operating efficiency while surely reducing the labor, through using a pre- processing section where a peeling device equipped with a plate-like blade to be abutted on a fruit placed on a container is furnished. SOLUTION: This fruit peeling machine is made up of a peeling section 1 for fruits 5, a conveying section 2 for conveying fruits 5 to the peeling section 1, and a pre-processing section 3 for pre-processing a specified portion of each of fruits 5 to a specified shape before conveying them; wherein the pre- processing section 3 is such one that a turntable 18 on which a plurality of containers 20 for placing fruits 5 thereon are arranged in an autorotatable manner is furnished and a peeling device 25 equipped with a plate-like blade 27a to be abutted on a fruit 5 placed on any one of the containers 20 is set up above a specified position; and it is preferable that a plate-like element 28a for pressing a fruit 5 is provided at a position standing against the plate-like blade 27a.
