PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject sinker winding shaft capable of additionally windingly setting a shortfall of plate sinker in a short time to properly and quickly make the buoyancy adjustment for float fishing. SOLUTION: This sinker winding shaft is so designed that a line-threading hole 2 is provided through the center of a core shaft 1, both ends of the core shaft 1 are fitted with stops 3,4, and a partition 5 is furnished between the stops 3 and 4 to divide the space into two subspaces, i.e., the main-tuning portion 6 and fine-tuning portion 7.
