PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical blind making a slat easily movable into a position not interfering with work of opening/closing a window, cleaning, and the like. SOLUTION: A vertical blind is constituted by suspending and supporting slats 4 respectively from a plurality of runners 2 movably supported in a hanger rail 1 and allowing the slats 4 to be pulled out and folded along the hanger rail 1 by slat moving means. A rear end runner 2b for supporting the rear end slat 4 is provided with holding means 11, 12 for detachably holding the rear end runner 2b to the base end of the hanger rail 1.
