PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sunlight passing through a net body while achieving ventilation by forming a net section with a wire stuck with a sunlight reflecting material on the outside face of the net body provided on the outdoor side of a panel partitioning the inside and outside. SOLUTION: A scroll screen is provided on the outdoor side of a sash, and a net body 5 is drawn from a winding machine to close the opening of a sash. The net body 5 is stretched on the outdoor side of a paper screen (panel) 9. The net body 5 is provided with a sunlight reflecting layer 21 and a surface protective layer 23 on the outdoor side surface of a net section 19, and the indoor side face 33 of the net body 5 is made black to suppress the irregular reflection of visible light. Most of the sunlight E hitting the net body 5 is reflected to reduce radiation into a room, however part of it is absorbed by the net body 5 to emit heat. The heat exists on the outdoor side of the paper screen 9 and is discharged outdoors. When the net section 19 is honeycomb- woven into three solid layers, the sunlight E is easily shaded by junctions around the openings of the net section 19, and solar radiation into the room can be further suppressed.
