PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce small vibration by providing a vibration control frame of the large deformation prevention effect of a main frame as a base. SOLUTION: A rectangular main frame 18 is constituted by column members 14, 14a and beam members 16, 16a arranged by providing a proper interval in the horizontal and vertical directions. A Y-shaped brace 12 is constituted, functioning as a vibration control frame from a pair of oblique materials 20, 20 fixing respective one end 20a in the neighborhood of both the end angular parts of one side of the main frame or its angular part and arranged in a V- shape and a link 22 connecting the collection ends 20b of the oblique materials 20, 20 to the opposite side of the main frame 18. The collection ends 20b of the oblique materials 20, 20 and any one side except for a side to which the link 22 of the main frame 18 is connected are connected through a viscous damper 24.
