PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel holding member which is simple in structure and becomes solid when combined. SOLUTION: The present building panel holding member is composed of an outside angle member A in which a first bent part 1 bent at a point distant at a required breadth from one side edge a1 of a plate material and extending from the surface side to the reverse side is formed, a fitting protuberance a2 is formed with a projection made in a specified length projecting toward the inside approximately at an angle of 45 deg. and a turning made at a second bent part 2, and a bending approximately at an angle of 45 deg. is made at a bent part 3 positioned corresponding to the first bent part 1 and extends in a specified breadth toward the side edge a3 on the other side, and an outside angle receiving member B in which a projection projecting in a specified length toward the outside approximately at a bending angle of 135 deg. from a fourth bent part 4 positioned at a required breadth from one side edge b1 is made so that the outside angle member can be fitted therein for holding with a panel interposed in between, a bending approximately at an angle of 180 deg. is made so that fitting parts can be formed at bent parts 5, 6 and 7, and a bending approximately at an angle of 135 deg. is made so that a distance from an eighth bent part 8 corresponding to the fourth bent part to a side edge b3 on the other side becomes a required breadth.
