Switchgear includes two individual current paths I, II, running parallel to one another and close enough for electrodynamio reinforcement of contact pressure to occur, the paths being provided by pairs of extended conductors 11, 12 and 21, 22 which are bridged by contact bridges 1, 2, respectively. Bridge 2 is rigidly connected to a switch actuating member, while bridge 1 is resiliently connected therewith by a pin 5 on bridge 1 engaging an elongated hole 6 in a plate 3 carried by the actuating member. Bridge 1 is normally pressed against fixed conductors 11, 12 by a spring 13, while springs 23, 24 press conductors 21, 22 against bridge 2. |
