PURPOSE: A vent valve of a fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to easily inject a fuel by sending the evaporation gas in a fuel tank to a canister and reducing the pressure in the fuel tank simultaneous with the injection of the fuel. CONSTITUTION: A vent valve of a fuel tank for a vehicle comprises a valve housing(22) having an evaporation gas discharge outlet(21) communicated with a canister, a valve cap(23) finishing the upper portion of the valve housing, a valve body(24) selectively opening the lower end inlet of the valve housing, a return spring(25) elastically returning the valve body, an inner space(26) dividing the space of the valve housing, and a diaphragm(28) having a vacuum application hole(27) formed on the upper portion and moving the valve body by using the vacuum pressure. The evaporation gas in a fuel tank(100) flows into the guide pipe. The evaporation gas is discharged to a canister by passing through the evaporation gas discharge outlet. Thus, the pressure in the fuel tank falls, and fuel is injected easily.
