Package has end face walls whose edges are connected with edges of opposite side walls. Side walls are provided with cutouts by means of which tie-up straps are formed Straps hold articles placed in package. Vertical panels adjoin end face walls from inside. Angle jumpers connecting side and end face walls are chamfered. Angle jumper used to connect strap with side wall is also chamfered. Vertical panels or end face walls are connected with lower wall of package by supporting feet. Package, in folded down state, has point bridges located on tearoff lines at chamfered angular jumpers which are to be broken when packing articles into basket.
