civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: anchor is used in manufacturing of articles from light-weight heat-proof concretes which find application in ferroconcrete constructions working at higher temperatures. Anchor has fitting rod with rigidly-connected plate-type lock at one end and flanged washed at carrying end to ensure angular displacement of anchor device with respect to supporting metal construction normal through value of 2-7 deg.
