fodder production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of enriched dry protein feeds from liquid waste of starch-treacle production, in particular, production of starch from corn. Method anticipates mixing corn extract with gluten-containing waste after which acidity or alkalinity of mixture is measured. Depending on data obtained, alkali or acid solution is added to achieve acidity 20 to 50 °T. Mixture is then settled, filtered, and thickened to 17-55% of solid material. Thickened mixture is refiltered and dried in spray-drier to produce ready-to-use feed. EFFECT: increased water solubility leading to higher physiologic value. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
