The device comprises a clay filling-up member (2), a mould (3) mounted on the member and a knife. Clay is filled up in the mold through an opening threof by hand-operating member. The mold has an air hole (33) formed at a recess portion which exists on an inner surface of the mold. The device may also comprise a number of split molds (3a,b).
