The scissors contains two blades (1,2) of which at least one of the blades contains elements (14,15,16) which allows only its cutting edge (12) to be heated by an electric current. This blade along its angled edge (11), contains several beds of different material (14,15,16) deposited on the body (13) of the blade. These beds consist of a bed (16) in a hard material to form the cutting edge, a bed (14) in contact with it made up of an electrically restive material connected to the electrical source and a thermal isolating material (15) placed between the restive material and the body (13).
