摘要 |
The aim of the invention is to provide alloys for hard magnetic casting moulds formed of metallic glasses and which have better vitrifying characteristics and better magnetic properties. The inventive alloy has the composition SEa Feb (Bx + Gbc-x)c (Co1-y Niy)d Ale, wherein SE is at least one element of the group Nd, Pr, Sm and Y formed of rare earths and wherein Gb is at least one element of the group Si, P, C, B and N formed of vitrifying agents with a = 100-(b+c+d+e); (b+c+d+e) </= 60; b = 15 to 55; c = 3 to 10; d = 3 to 10; e = 5 to 15; always in atom % and with x = 1 to 3; y = 0 to 0.5. The structure of the casting moulds formed of said alloy has a macroscopically homogenous microstructure. Said structure consists of a glass-like matrix and magnetically arranged clusters embedded therein. The casting moulds can be used as structural parts in the construction of electric motors and appliances, in the car industry and in electrical engineering. In a preferred embodiment, said structural parts are formed in a complicated way. |
