<p>Use of compounds modulating P2 purinoceptors, in particular antagonists such as Basilen Blue E-3G (Reactive Blue 2), for the prevention of the damages due to global cerebral ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion. Said compounds reduce the mortality in case of global cerebral ischemia as well as the neuronal damage of the hippocampus.</p> |
