The valve structure, for machines used in the foodstuff and cosmetic industries, has a sealing joint (44,46) towards the valve chamber (13) between the holding section (33) and the valve housing (12). It is subjected to pressure with radial and axial pressure force components. The sealing unit (30) is in one piece, of a plastics resistant to heat and/or chemical attack, to cover the valve body (17) and with a bellows structure (31) round the valve stem (18), and a holding section (33) against the valve housing (12) at the end away from the valve body (17).
