<p>There is described an integral folded booklet (11) and cover (12). The booklet and cover may be made from one sheet and may comprise a cover part and a folded sheet (13) of laminar material, in which the cover part is part of the folded sheet of laminar material and is treated to make it distinguishable, e.g. by degree of stiffness, from the folded sheet.
