There is a first gearing (17) coupling the drive shaft of the rotor (16) of the electric machine, and a second gearing (22) coupling the rotor to a driven device (24). The gearings are controlled in a selective and mutually independent manner. A rotative compressor (24) is coupled to the rotor (16) via the second gearing, with a heat recovery system (11) being associated with a catalyst device, and an electronic unit (25) controlling the functioning of the integrated group (2) of the compressor (24) and the heat recovery system.
