<p>The present invention relates formulations capable of potentiating the immune response to antigens of hepatitis B administered through the mucosa. Said formulations comprise a) a surface antigen of hepatitis B (Hbs Ag) and b) an antigen of nucleocapside of hepatitis B virus (HBc Ag), generating potent mucosal and systemic responses through a synergic interaction between the antigens of the formulation. The formulations of this invention are applicable to the pharmaceutical industry as vaccine formulations both for human and animal use.</p> |
