The invention concerns a compound of formula (I) wherein: R represents either aO2 group, or aR2R3 group, or aHR3 group, R2 being a (C1-C4) alkyl group and R3 being a hydrogen atom, aOR4 group (wherein R4 is selected among the (C1-C4) alkyl, aryl and aryl(C1-C4) alkyl groups, aOOR5 group (wherein R5 is selected among the (C1-C4) alkyl and aryl(C1-C4) alkyl groups), aONHR6 group, aO2R6 group (wherein R6 is selected among the (C1-C5) alkyl, cyclo(C3-C8)alkyl(C1-C4)alkyl, aryl, pyridyl and aryl(C1-C4)alkyl groups, aO2NR7R8 group (wherein R7 and R8, independent of each other are a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkyl group, an aryl group, an aryl(C1-C4)alkyl group). R1 represents either a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkyl group, or a cyclo(C3-C8)alkyl group, or an aryl group, or an aryl(C1-C4)alkyl group; A represents different monocyclic or polycyclic hydrocarbon chains, when Y is different from a hydrogen atom, in the form of racemates or pure enantiomers or mixtures of enantiomers, including in the form of free bases or pharmaceutically acceptable additive salts. The invention is applicable in therapy.
