The arrangement has two housings (1,1') and an elastically deformable structure (10) joining them. Coupling elements (20,30) of one housing are adapted to work in conjunction with those of another housing and contain at least one fixing arrangement containing a holding element (22,32) opposing an element (21,31) that it holds.
