PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a corrugated board cushion which is excellent both in strength and cost by forming a spiral laminate structure without gaps by sequentially folding a corrugated board which has been cut in a predetermined developed form to roll from an end via creases parallel with each other. SOLUTION: A strip-like corrugated board is folded from one of shorter sides and rolled into a parallelopiped laminate structure 5 to provide a cushion. Since the corrugated board cushion thus constituted can be formed only by folding a single piece of the corrugated board to roll via creases parallel to each other, it can quickly be formed without trouble and manufactured at a low cost. In addition, the cushion comprises the laminate structure 5 where the corrugated board forms close layers without gap, while in addition longitudinal corrugated board layers at both ends serve as ribs supporting a load. Therefore, the cushion can stand a large compressive load so that it can be used for a heavy article as well as a light article.
