PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, thin and lightweight delivery slip with not catch after it is stuck. SOLUTION: This delivery slip has a surface base material 11 provided at least with a delivery slip part 11a, a transparent or translucent adhesive agent protective layer 12 which is formed at least at the bottom of the delivery slip part 11a of the surface base material 11 and which adheres the delivery slip part 11a peelable, a transparent or translucent adhesive layer 13 able to adhere the surface base material 11 to baggage, and a message indication layer 14 visibly indicating a message after peeling the delivery slip part 11a.
